At Qtrshoe, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below is our comprehensive return and exchange policy:

Main Return Policy (Local orders)

You may return or exchange your order while our delivery person is still at your door. You can inspect the product upon delivery, and if you are not satisfied, you can return it and pay only the delivery fee. However, once the delivery person has left, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason.

For size exchanges, you have three days from the date of purchase to request a different size. Please note, you will be responsible for an additional delivery fee.

Return Policy – Watch Purchase

Dear Valued Customer,

We kindly ask that you inspect your watch within 24 hours of receiving your order to ensure it meets your expectations regarding size, quality, and overall condition.

If you wish to request a return, the watch must be completely unused and in its original condition, including all packaging materials, stickers, and protective seals fully intact.

Please note that returns cannot be accepted after 24 hours under any circumstances.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
